SBFC is a private, non-profit corporation that provides businesses with long-term loans for owner-occupied fixed assets.  Since our founding in 1981, SBFC has funded the purchase or construction of more than $1.4 billion of buildings for businesses and is one of only three companies approved by the US Small Business Administration to make the SBA 504 loan in Arizona.
